Acid Etching on Zinc Pomegranate
This acid etch printing technique was worked on while doing my Foundation in Art and Design at Chesterfield College.
I did a “sugar lift with camp coffee” project from an initial drawing of a large pomegranate using a zinc plate.
The acid etch technique was used using these materials and several final prints were obtained of various black and white tones, like this one.
