I create stained glass work using different techniques. Samples of work using different techniques are shown here. Follow the buttons or menus to see more work in that particular technique.

Leaded Glass
I started learning leaded glass techniques at Martin McAsseys workshops in Sheffield in 2022. It took me a while to perfect glass cutting and leading skills.
Leaded Glass Panels
I applied my leaded glass skills to working on some projects for the house.

Tiffany Glass
Likewise, I learned the Tiffany glass technique at Martin McAsseys workshops and I favour this over leaded technique as it allows for smaller and more detailed internal work.
Tiffany Animals
Once I learned the basic Tiffany glass technique, I started a specialist area of portraying animals, mainly dogs to begin with, in tiffany glass.

Glass Painting
An old technique used in medieval stained glass, I learned this painting on glass skill on a one day workshop run by Martin McAssey.
Mosaic Glass
Another technique learnt on a one day workshop run by Kate Billington at Martin McAsseys workshops. Very useful for household or garden ornamentation.

Stained Glass Effects
This is where I started my glass journey in the 2010s by enhancing windows and doors in the house using just perspex sheets, self-adhesive window lead and hobby glass paint.
